I also appreciated that she was a good listener and was able to find vendors that matched the vibe I was going for (her florist recommendation was especially on point!). The day of, Luba was very organized and I didn't know about any of the various steps that were going into executing the wedding. “We have just had the most magical wedding celebrations, all thanks to Luba and her incredible team. From the coordination before the wedding, to the days leading up to it (which, for a bride and groom, can certainly be stressful!!!), to the welcome party and main event, Luba was calm, professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, warm, and kind. She has a wealth of knowledge of places in Tuscany, and has a fantastic relationship with the best vendors who created an experience that made me and my now-husband feel like royalty! All our guests were incredibly impressed with the attention to detail and beauty they experienced on the day.
Luba understands how to make an event such as a large wedding a success - she knows what the right amount of entertainment, food, cocktails, etc is. She is very clear on timings and worked closely with us to determine what was important to us. At the beginning of the process, when it turned out that the venue we hoped to stay in with our large family was going out of business, she very quickly figured out a beautiful plan B. She then worked tirelessly with the venues to make sure that they could accommodate our guests and our events. This required her to email, call, and visit all locations, and to speak to the various vendors and entertainers to make sure everyone was clear on the latest set of requirements.
She was a wise sounding board when we weren’t sure how to approach certain parts of the ceremony and reception. She was also very helpful when my husband and I had difficulties agreeing on certain points - we both felt like we’d won when Luba came up with the right solution!!
In the end, the event was absolutely incredible and all those who attended were in awe. My husband and I are over the moon about what we experienced and wish we could do it all over again.

When an unexpected rainstorm threatened our fireworks display—something we knew was going to be the emotional high point of our night—she stayed calm, made swift decisions, to rework the timing so our fireworks could go off in all their dazzling brilliance… and they did. The stunned silence, followed by cheers and gasps of delight? All because of her.

She didn’t just show up. She dined with our family the night before, chatted with our older relatives, and shared laughs with our younger siblings. She made herself part of the experience—not just a coordinator, but a true ally.

“We are so grateful that we came across Luba in our search for a wedding planner. She is intelligent, kind and was truly a pleasure to work with. We hired Luba for full wedding planning for our destination wedding in Italy. Once we decided on Italy, she helped us choose the region that best fit our needs/wants and helped us select a stunning venue on Lake Maggiore. Our families, friends, and my husband and I had an unforgettable evening, thanks entirely to the dedication and hard work of Sabina and Luba.

When my grandmother was unexpectedly unable to attend, Sabina and Luba took it upon themselves to record the ceremony, speeches, and highlights from the dance floor. This gesture meant the world to us and allowed my grandmother and other family members to experience the night's magic.
