CaraMel's Bakery, based in Clearwater, FL, offers wedding cakes, custom cakes and more. Originally from Italy, owner Melian De Carolis is passionate about producing high-quality desserts. She enjoys working closely with you to design the wedding cake of your dreams.

Melian’s passion for baking started in Italy where she learned how to make tasty desserts from her grandmother. After moving to England, she began to work in a variety of restaurants learning more techniques and recipes from different cultures. With a desire for new opportunities, she then moved to America to become a Pastry Chef.

Melian also worked at a nutritional company for several years where she gained more knowledge about various diets and health. Throughout her experience in producing cakes and desserts for her clients, she developed a talent for accommodating a variety of dietary needs and preferences. Now, this dedicated chef is delighted to create both traditional and diet-friendly cakes for celebrations of love.

Each wedding cake is made completely from scratch. CaraMel's Bakery offers free cake tastings and consultations so they can understand your vision for your dessert.
