About THE EVENT BAR | Los Angeles Luxury Wedding & Event Planner

The Event Bar is a Los Angeles event planning team specializing in Jewish weddings, mitzvahs, and elevated celebrations — with nearly two decades of expertise, deep cultural fluency, and an instinct for design that is both personal and precise. Every celebration we touch, from the first design conversation to the final moment of the evening, is considered with the same care — so the experience stays with you long after the day itself.

Services range from full planning and design to partial planning, final-stage coordination, and professionally staffed wedding and mitzvah day production. Every engagement includes dedicated on-site management on the day of your celebration.

Serving Los Angeles, California. By appointment only.

Our portfolio spans some of Los Angeles's most distinguished properties — the Sofitel Beverly Hills, The Maybourne Beverly Hills, Terranea Resort, the Beverly Hilton, the Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey, Hilton Los Angeles Universal City, Sheraton Universal, Four Seasons Westlake Village, Hummingbird Nest Ranch, Calamigos Ranch, the Fairmont Santa Monica, The Landmark, the Marina del Rey Marriott, and the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel.

Our wedding work spans vendor management, rehearsal direction, and a day-of timeline built around the Jewish traditions each couple chooses to keep.
