About Torrey Fox

A little bit about me: I am born, raised and educated in the San Francisco Bay Area. I fell in love with pictures as a little girl--from tearing images out of my parents gardening books to stealing my older sister's fashion magazines. I started my photography journey in 2005 when I took my first black-and-white film photography class in high school. When I had to make the tough decision as to what I wanted to be when I grew up, I chose to go with my passion for images--studying art with an emphasis in photography at Dominican University of California in San Rafael. My free time is spent traveling, practicing yoga, sipping wine, taking photos of flowers, reading books and enjoying the ride all with my right hand man, my fellow shooter and fianc», William. I approach my photography with a photojournalist perspective. I achieve my style by documenting candid moments and gently guiding portraits to create the best images I am capable of. My job is to tell the story of your day through pictures. Capturing the small detail along with the big moments are my specialty. Thank you for considering me to be your photographer.
