Manuel Cappellari is a versatile visual artist with over three decades of experience. A self-taught Argentine publicist, he is dedicated to capturing the essence of beauty and emotion through various creative forms.

Manu’s journey began in the mid-90s in Argentina, where he launched his freelance career as a motion and graphic designer, working with top advertising agencies and television networks.

In 2008, he relocated to Mexico, serving as an image consultant for private companies in the tourism sector and leading a production team from his studio in Tulum. This experience laid the groundwork for his foray into fashion photography.

As an assistant, Manu had the privilege of working alongside renowned photographers such as Enrique Badulescu, Ben Watts and Ted Emmons for iconic brands like Victoria’s Secret, Next, and L’Oréal, as well as top magazines including ELLE France, V Magazine, IT Vogue, GQ, and Glamour.

In 2011, Manu founded Viejo Lobo Films, a natural extension of his passion for visual storytelling. The company focuses on creating cinematic wedding films and photography, with Manu’s work taking him to some of the world’s most breathtaking locations, from Brasil and New York to the heart of Mexico and the picturesque landscapes of Tuscany, Italy.

Now based in Argentina, Manuel Cappellari continues to evolve as a cinematographer for Viejo Lobo Films, capturing love stories with the same meticulous attention to detail and artistic flair that has defined his celebrated career. His work is marked by a keen eye for emotion, a mastery of light and composition, and a genuine reverence for the beauty of human connection.
