Zola Bakes' rainbow cookies are far from conventional. With a fresh new look, better flavor, customizable colors, and various filling options, you won't be able to have just one. All of the cookies are handmade in small batches using only the best ingredients to ensure optimal quality.

After attending The French Pastry School of Chicago, Samantha Zola honed her skills while working for well-known bakeries such as Épicerie Boulud and Magnolia Bakery in NYC, before leaving to pursue her dream of having her own company dedicated to her favorite treat, the Rainbow Cookie. Growing up in Long Island, Samantha was just a train ride away from the famed bakeries of Little Italy NYC, and she made it her mission to give those little tastes of heaven a millennial make-over. As she says, “Why taste the rainbow if it’s not literally dripping in chocolate and sparkle?”
