Catering packages of all sizes are available and managed in-house by the Gaylord Palms expert culinary team. Custom menus are available, including dishes for guests with special dietary needs- as well as a variety of creative beverages by the resort’s mixologists.

In addition, the resort’s luxurious spa can pamper you head to toe with a variety of treatments such as hair, nails, and facials making you feel refreshed before your special day.

Gaylord Palms Resort features 1,718 guest rooms and suites, with many available for block bookings.

Ideal for destination weddings and guests traveling to the area, these well-appointed luxury rooms and suites are available with a variety of views – including rooms with balconies that overlook the resort’s 4.5-acre garden atrium.

For golfers, Gaylord Palms is an official club partner for the Celebration Golf Club. Located minutes from the resort in the town of Celebration, Celebration Golf Club is the final course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr. Featuring native trees and framed by the natural wetlands, the 18-hole course is designed to challenge every skill level.

Exchange your vows in our beautiful Wedding Pavilion, centrally located inside the 4.5-acre garden atrium. Perched high above the trees, flowers, streams and waterfalls that create the lush environment, the domed pavilion creates an elegant and romantic environment for every couple. To top it all off, there’s always a zero percent chance of rain, and the temperature is always a cool and comfortable 72 degrees.

One of Gaylord Palms’ newest event spaces, the 3,654-square-foot Citrus Ballroom, bathes itself in natural lighting each day, courtesy of the giant windows that nearly stretch floor to ceiling. As evening falls, these windows lend a romantic look to the resort’s lush surroundings – whether it’s the glow of a stunning Central Florida sunset or a peek at fireworks bursting over area attractions.

In our St. Augustine atrium, you'll find a small-scale replica of the oldest fort in North America, Castillo de San Marcos. This venue emulates the mysterious, yet romantic, feel of the St. Augustine, Fla. Landmark, creating a picturesque location to exchange your vows.

An outing under the sun or stars makes the new Mangrove Lawn a prime choice for any wedding event. The multi-purpose, artificial lawn features 10,000 square feet of outdoor event space (13,000 square feet when including the lawn’s paved perimeter) that can be configured into an array of setups. The area can even be tented to provide a sheltered environment. Real fireplaces bookend the lawn, providing comfortable spots to gather on crisp, Florida evenings.

Escambia Terrace is a beautiful outdoor location that provides all the advantages of an indoor event location. The 2,640-square-foot open-air patio overlooks the excitement and vibrancy of Cypress Springs Water Park. Sheltered by cover and comforted by cooling breezes created by giant ceiling fans, the picturesque patio provides the perfect alfresco atmosphere for any function, any time of day.
