Tucked away in Affton, Missouri stands the country home of the pioneer banker, Louis A. Benoist. Today, his mansion has been completely restored to its original beauty from 1853. The house, now a historic museum, is owned and maintained by the Affton Historical Society. Oakland’s restoration began back in the early 1970s.
The historic Oakland House offers an exclusive St. Louis wedding venue with beautiful grounds, exquisite renovations, and amazing photo opportunities to capture wedding memories. While we are a most popular wedding venue, we are also available to host your other special occasions as well.
