About The Hollywood Roosevelt
The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel first opened its doors in May of 1927. Since hosting the First Academy Awards in 1929, The Hollywood Roosevelt has become both a landmark attraction and a popular destination for locals and tourists from around the world. The hotel, which was named after United States President Theodore Roosevelt, was conceived in the Spanish Colonial Revival style. After undergoing a 25 million dollar renovation with rooms designed by Yabu Pushelberg, The Hollywood Roosevelt is truly a modern Hollywood revival. From poolside cabanas to opulent suites, accommodation choices are abundant. The 3200 square foot Gable and Lombard Penthouse offers an expansive private rooftop deck with views of downtown Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills. Our Historic Lobby can accommodate 280 guests for an indoor ceremony and The Blossom Ballroom can seat 250 guests for a formal sit down dinner. As one of LA’s top Trip Advisor hotels, the guest experience is like none other.
