About Black & Hue Photography

We're Bryan and Kelly Honhart, the husband and wife duo behind Black & Hue Photography.

We began Black & Hue in 2012, and in these past years, we've shot over 200 weddings across the U.S. and abroad. And we're just getting started.

Before Black & Hue was a dream of ours, Bryan was touring with a hardcore band and cultivating his love and skill of digital photography. When Bryan met Kelly, the rest was history. We have our daughter Saylor to thank for the creation of this company, as she is our constant motivation to follow our passion. (She's the best tiny traveler, too.)

Wedding Photography lets our creativity run wild, and we're incredibly thankful for the experiences and memories we've had with our clients. We think we have the best job in the world, and our greatest joy is telling your story through our eyes and creating tangible images that will last for generations to come.

Our personal favorite is non-traditional, creative weddings, but you'll find us shooting just about anything: engagement, maternity, family, and graduation. We've also done commercial and business work for clients like Porsche, HGTV, Hampton Inn, Volvo, the DIY Network and more.

Our favorite things: Saylor, animals (no reptiles), Mexican culture, Frida Kahlo, soup dumplings, big cities, ramen bowls, wherever mountains and water meet, caffeine, hammock time, nature, acai bowls, traveling, and hiking.

What you'll find in our camera bag: tons of lenses, smoke bombs, broken pieces of glass, and whatever we need to capture the perfect image.

Where we'd like to go: Wherever you are! If it's somewhere new for us, we might be willing to come without charging for travel!
