About Hunt & Harvest

Hunt & Harvest is built on a very simple premise, to bring the best of our region's farms to your wedding, event or gathering. Every menu is custom created for you, guided by the seasons and your personal taste. This custom approach sets us apart from the rest of the field, and delivers a unique and fresh perspective to everything we do. We work hand in hand with our regional farms, orchards, and food producers to bring a piece of the rich farming tradition of the Hudson Valley and surrounds to your table. The farm's bounty is the star of the show and we work hard to enhance it all the more, while allowing it's natural perfection to shine. Chef and Founder, Brandon Scimeca has more than 15 years of experience in weddings and catered events. After attending the Culinary Institute of America he spent time at Chez Panisse and Oliveto. Those experiences galvanized him to reimagine the standard industry model and its view on produce, farms, and farmers. He spent time developing his concept while running his catering company in NYC, producing events for an international clientele. His philosophy now exists at the very heart of Hunt & Harvest.
