Toby Kassoy is a Southern and Central California–based floral designer and the founder of Lilla Bello, a boutique floral and event design firm established in 2004.Toby’s approach to floral design is deeply personal. She believes in getting to know her clients to translate their stories into bespoke floral arrangements. Lilla Bello takes on only one full-service wedding per weekend, ensuring each client receives dedicated attention. Toby personally selects all florals for each event and has cultivated strong relationships with vendors, growers, and fellow designers throughout the country and abroad.
