About Love in Bloom Events

Chloe and Cici can plan your wedding wherever your imagination takes you, whether that's a cliffside ceremony in Big Sur or a desert celebration in Palm Springs.

Both grew up in the Los Angeles and Orange County area, and both got their start in hospitality, working everything from front of house to back of house. Cici began in her family's catering business and went on to make wedding cakes all over Southern California. Chloe worked in Sonoma's wine industry and planned events on the side. Then she moved to Monterey, planned her own wedding, and found out event coordination was what she loved most.

Today Chloe works with couples on the Central Coast, including Monterey, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach, Big Sur and Paso Robles. Cici covers Southern California, from Temecula and Palm Springs to Los Angeles, Long Beach, Huntington Beach and Santa Barbara.

Love in Bloom offers full-service planning, partial planning, day-of coordination and elopements. Whichever you choose, you get two planners who know how a wedding runs from the kitchen to the dance floor. They bring the knowledge, vendor connections and hands-on experience to make your day feel easy.
