Long before Monica began photographing weddings, she spent years in hospitality as an event coordinator and in catering, working in luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. There she learned the art of anticipating needs before they are spoken, the precision behind a seamless experience, and the beauty in every detail. That background shapes everything she does today, from building timelines around the best light to sensing a moment just before it unfolds.

She has been photographing weddings since 2015, and after several years documenting elopements on coastlines and mountaintops around the world, she has returned to her first love: full, beautiful wedding celebrations. Splitting her time between Palm Beach and Asheville, she is always ready to pack her bags for the next love story.

Seeing the world has always been one of her greatest joys, and few things inspire her more than a celebration set against a new horizon. She is especially drawn to Europe, where old-world architecture, sun-washed villas, and centuries of romance make the perfect backdrop for timeless imagery, and she would love nothing more than to follow her couples there.
