This LGBTQIA+ woman-owned small business, proudly located in Joshua Tree, is a floral design studio creating seasonal, considered florals for weddings and elopements in Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, and the surrounding desert. We work with couples who want their wedding to feel personal, well thought out, and connected to place.

Our role goes beyond arranging flowers. We guide couples through design decisions, logistics, and on-site execution so the floral experience feels clear and manageable from start to finish. From concept development to installation, strike, and post-event floral recovery, we take care of the moving parts with steady communication and a calm, capable presence on the wedding day.

Posy Laboratory was established to help reduce the impact the floral industry has on the desert and to provide alternative solutions to you. This design studio fulfills the need for sustainable floral arrangements and celebrates the beloved, unique plants of the desert. Sustainability is built right into our operations. Reusable mechanics, rental vessels, composting, and floral repurposing are part of our standard workflow. We source primarily from California and regional specialty growers, which allows us to work with seasonal varieties, maintain quality control, and offer dependable timing which is especially important for destination weddings and outdoor settings.
