Life is unpredictable and being prepared for every moment is where I think the magic lies. I find life is most beautiful if you just let it be. My philosophy is “slow down, observe, make the photo.” I go into each wedding day with no predetermined vision and let the people, emotions, and environments create the story. I’m there to frame and grab a captivating moment to preserve it for the future. People who work with me are open to breaking down their own barriers, putting their trust in me, being open and vulnerable, revealing their emotions and humor, sharing laughter, etc. I don’t tell people how to present themselves to the camera— I aim to facilitate a space that will make everyone feel at ease and included so the images we make together will stand the test of time and trend. There’s no reason to put on an act with me… be present, I’ll be around smiling and supporting you the entire time so future viewers will feel like they were present.
