Stacey Kane never set out to be a photographer. Her success in the world of photography did not come about by way of classes or workshops. Instead it came from instinct. . . . from her unique way of anticipating and seeing not only the obvious events happening around her, but also the personalities and emotions driving those moments. Stacey believes that the most important times are those found in the moments unrehearsed. She takes an editorial approach to photographing weddings, believing that the images that capture the expressions and moments naturally will be the ones most cherished in the future. She will not force you into an awkward pose or interrupt a private moment in order to stage a photo. (Stacey will NEVER ask you to stop and smile at her in the middle of your first dance!)It's because of her natural ability to put those around her at ease and to anticipate "real" moments that makes her the choice of brides and grooms from every corner of the world. Stacey is a devoted hockey mom and resides in Maine with her husband, a daughter, two sons and a chocolate lab.
