Hello, I'm Sydney! 
... but most people just call me Syd. I Kentucky Wedding Photographer based out of Louisville, but my bags are always packed.

I'm an avid yogi, true crime podcast lover, and travel enthusiast. If I'm not behind the camera, I'm probably curled up on the couch with my pup reading a good book. My current favorite is the ACOTAR series.

My first foray into the world of photography was an art elective photography class during my Sophomore year of high school. And truth be told, I hated it. I couldn't stand that the assignments given were so cut and dry. By the end of the class I was convinced photography was some sort of formulaic approach and not the beautiful art form that it is. None the less, I signed up for Photography 2 in order to complete my art requirement, and the rest is history.

Before I stepped into the world of full time photography I worked at the Supreme Court in Washington, DC. It was during my time at the court that I discovered that photographing couples and weddings set my soul on fire, and I never looked back even after returning to Kentucky.
