Originally built in 1942 by Dr. Charles and Emmie Adams, the Estate began as a private lakeside home for family and friends—a place for connection and celebration. Today, lovingly restored by the family’s third generation, it continues that legacy as one of Central Florida’s most timeless event destinations. Set across twenty-two acres of lakefront beauty, Adams Estate blends classic architecture, manicured grounds, and inviting indoor-outdoor spaces designed for every kind of gathering.

Imagine a wedding celebration that unfolds effortlessly from start to finish. It may begin with an intimate rehearsal dinner in the Boathouse, where the water shimmers just beyond the windows. 

The next morning, the wedding party makes their way toward the Estate House to get ready — pajamas on, coffee in hand — filling those tall-windowed suites with an easy, excited energy. Meanwhile, guests staying on-site can ease into the day with a swim at the pool, a friendly pickleball match, or a quiet cup of coffee on the porch overlooking the lake. The whole morning settles into a relaxed, resort-style rhythm before everyone comes together for the main event.

You’ll say “I do” beneath the canopy of live oaks, then move with your guests to the Estate House and Terrace for cocktail hour, where glowing string lights and lake breezes set the tone for the evening.

From there, the celebration flows naturally into the connected Pavilion for dinner and dancing, all three spaces working together in one seamless indoor–outdoor experience.

As the night winds down, those who want to linger a little longer can gather around the firepit for s’mores and late-night conversation — a cozy, unhurried way to end the evening — before returning to cottages and suites just steps away.
The next morning, the Boathouse welcomes everyone back for a relaxed farewell brunch by the water.
