Our catering team provides event-planning services and long-standing partnerships with a full complement of high-quality wedding service providers including rental companies, florists, photographers and videographers. Amidst three acres of land, sweeping views of the surrounding forest include an old icehouse built as part of the original farmstead in the late 1700s and a welcoming fire pit set in the back of a clearing, perfect for an evening cocktail with friends and family. Our bucolic wedding site offers the following options:Tented CelebrationA large outdoor tented wedding celebration for up to 220 guests can be situated in our one-acre landscaped field surrounded by woodlands and terraced gardens. Indoor EventsOur restaurant provides a warm, cozy indoor setting with a lovely color palette, modern touches and original artwork, ideal for smaller weddings, rehearsal dinners and brunches. The charming 18th Century renovated farmhouse can accommodate a seated dinner for 70 guests (plus 32 on the outside terrace) or a stand-up cocktail reception for 100 inside the restaurant. John Andrews Farmhouse offers a unique taste-of-place dining experience for guests looking to celebrate in the scenic countryside. Inspired by international flavors and seasonal ingredients from local farms and food makers, chef-owner Dan Smith has been sourcing from the Berkshires and Hudson Valley for more than 25 years, long before farm-to-table was a trend. We're a bit off the beaten track yet just two and a half hours from New York or Boston. Wedding guests may stay at any number of traditional B&Bs or modern lodging establishments, all within a few miles of the restaurant.
