About Island Style Weddings

Island Style Weddings was a long time in the making. I spent many years working for major hotels and resorts on the US mainland and in the US Virgin Islands. Within Marriott, Westin and Sheraton, I coordinated events for Heads of State, celebrities and many corporations. In 2002 after 8 hotels and 17 years, I found myself unfulfilled and bored. Divine discontentment gave me the push, I took a leap of faith and Island Style Weddings was born. Wedding planning and designing allows me to use my talents in an area that fulfills me. I am able to share my knowledge and connections in Caribbean with my clients to help fulfill their wedding dreams. Our goal at Island Style Weddings is to design a celebration that reflects our clients' style and relationship with a Caribbean twist. Nothing makes me happier than seeing our couples surrounded by loved ones embracing the precious memories that they are creating together.
