FAQ

ENVELOPE ADDRESSING:

We’ll need an Excel spreadsheet of your guests names and addresses. This applies to both digital addressing and calligraphy addressing. Please follow the formatted example below.

DOES MY INVITATIONS ARRIVE ASSEMBLED?

Your invitations do not arrive assembled. However, this can be an add on.
DETERMINING ORDER QUANTITY:

Households/couples only require one invitation suite. We highly recommend to order 10 additional suites to allow for guest list changes, photographs and keepsakes.
CAN I REQUEST TO HAVE MY INVITATIONS FASTER?

Yes, this will depend on our availability, but a rush fee will be applied depending on how close the due date is.

Please note: Rush orders are not actually rushed, but moved up in line.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER & SEND MY INVITATIONS?

Invitations to be sent 2-3 months before your wedding day and even earlier if save the dates were not sent.

RSVP should be sent 6 - 7 weeks prior.

Save the dates should be send 5-8 months prior.
PRINTING TIMELINE:

We print digital orders in house with our high quality printer. We partner with local printers for letterpress and foil. If you’d like to have your order printed on either of these options please still proceed with your order and under “print requests” select your choice and we will send you a separate quote for the printing cost.

The turnaround time for digital printing is 10 business days + shipping.

Letterpress, foil, and embossing orders is 15-20 business days + shipping.

Time spent awaiting wording/revisions / approval may affect these timeframes.

Please note: Additional time may be required for calligraphy and assembly.
DESIGN TIMELINE:

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a form to complete so we can gather the wording, ink and paper options for your order and other details. Once we have received your details, we will begin designing and send you a mockup of your suite within a few days. Please note that design revisions and delays in responses and feedback will also delay the process.
