My name is Stephanie, and I love all things yellow, bright, and cheerful - like sunflowers and beautiful weddings! My wedding planning journey started as an assistant wedding coordinator, still leading my own weddings day-of. I created Sunflower Wedding Coordination, a registered trade name of Sunflower Weddings LLC, which is dedicated to making you and your fiancé the most special people in the world on your wedding day. I want to know what makes you… you! This ranges from hearing your love story to learning why a song, tradition, or decoration means a lot to you. I focus on those details while coordinating your wedding to ensure you are happy, excited, and at ease on your wedding day. I am so excited for your happiness to radiate throughout your wedding and to all guests in attendance.
I specifically offer month and day of coordination, starting 30 days prior to your wedding day. As your day-of coordinator, I work with you at least one month prior to your wedding to make sure all details are in order and the wedding runs smoothly. On the day of your wedding, I serve as the point-person for all setup, vendors, timelines, clean-up, and more.
I typically only take 2-3 weddings each month to allow focus on your wedding and open communication to each couple. I offer competitive prices because we believe all couples deserve their special day should be attainable and affordable.
