Yoli LaGuerre, Cfd, AIFD EMC is an award winning professionally trained floral designer from the New York City. Yoli entered the world of floral design over 25 years ago and has continued to contribute to the industry through floral artistry and education. Yoli has owned and operated three retail flower shops in NY and is currently owner of Yoli LaGuerre Fine Flowers with locations in Rye, New York and Aspen, Colorado. As a floral artist Yoli has been commissioned to design for dozens of celebrity clients, The Philadelphia Flower Show as a key designer of the Award Winning Schaeffer Design team and has participated in and won several international flower competitions. Additionally, Yoli has worked on a variety of multi-million dollar events in several countries which in include, but are not limited to, India, Malaysia, Japan, Belgium and the United States. In addition to her contributions to the industry Yoli continues to develop her craft. She has enrolled in a variety of art and floral classes including Botanical illustration and Botany at the prestigious New York Botanical Garden where she also serves as a core design instructor. Yoli earned her European Masters in Bruges, Belgium under the direction of world – renowned Master designers and authors Hitomi Gilliam and Tomas De Bruyne while contemporaneously earning credentials from the American Institute of Floral Designers A.I.F.D. where she sits on the Marketing Board as the Director of Social Media. Yoli is currently working on building a Non-profit foundation ' we are Perennials" to help survivors of domestic violence, people in substance & alcohol abuse rehabs by offering continuing education scholarships for any botanical discipline they chose along with mentorship and job placement.

Yoli attributes her longevity in the floral industry to her roles as a mentor, entrepreneur, student, educator, and passionate designer. Further she believes that her curiosity, passion, and ambition along with her desire to continually adding to the body of knowledge are instrumental to her continued success.
