700 Wilmington was built in 1927 as “The Oglethorpe Hotel” and is now considered one of Savannah’s treasured landmarks. The building was renovated years ago preserving it for future generations while creating luxury condominiums. Our 20 acre grounds overlooking the Intracoastal waterway include Live Oak trees, Palm trees, and unmatched views. The property is thriving and on to new endeavors by offering our Ballroom, Cabana, and Bluff area for Weddings & Events!
