Sound River Studios is a spacious warehouse / gallery space on the Long Island City waterfront. The stunning views of the East River and Manhattan skyline from this 5500+ square-foot, 30-foot high, year-round event space make it ideal for corporate functions, networking events, weddings and other social gatherings, film and photo shoots, art exhibitions and fashion events.

The main hall opens onto approximately 1300 square feet of venue-dedicated dockside terrace space which also features a private dock on the East River. Ferry service from East Side Manhattan and other docks can be arranged to Sound River Studios' private dock, providing a unique mode of transport and arrival for your guests. Frame tents can be erected to cover the outdoor space. We can accommodate approximately 250-275 for weddings that include ceremony, cocktails and reception on site.
