About Mrs. Sugar Booger

Katie Cocolin is the owner and founder of Mrs. Sugar Booger, LLC. Her love for baking started at a young age from watching her mother and grandmothers. After the birth of her daughter in 2017, she then had a reason to explore her passion by creating her daughter's birthday cakes. Her business first began by word of mouth. She then moved her business to social media and the rest is history!

Katie now runs and operates a successful designer cake business that focuses on luxury weddings and events. She strives for growth every day and loves giving people a positive, personal experience. Although Katie enjoys the simplicity of baking, Katie's first love is the design process that goes into making each cake unique to each client. Katie has been featured on Magnolia Rouge, The Knot, and Wedding Wire. She also has a close working relationship with the events team at The Old Edwards Inn and Spa in Highlands, North Carolina. She considers herself to be so incredibly blessed and in awe of where her journey has taken her.
