When the planning got so heavy and so constant that my fiancé and I didn’t have time to work on it often, we always knew Poppy Planning never stopped.     I’ll never forget our first site visit of the venue. We did our food tasting and chose all of the items to be served for the welcome party and dinner. My fiancé and I considered it finished and then Emmy made the most minor yet crucial observation. She was quick to notice that everything we had chosen to serve were in the shape of balls – fritters, puffs, donuts, etc. It seems so small of a realization but it’s something we would have never noticed without Emmy.
