PR Craft Confections, LLC was established in the snowy winter of 2014 in historic Portland, Maine. Founder/Chocolatier Peter Robbins is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and a veteran chef of critically acclaimed restaurants in New York, Brooklyn, Bar Harbor, Florida and now Portland, Maine. We carefully craft every aspect of our chocolates. We use chocolate made from 100% single origin, fairly traded Venezuelan cacao beans and our flavorings and infusions are sourced organically and locally whenever possible. The resulting chocolate is of superior flavor, aroma and balance. Each business card and label is hand-stamped, our flavor keys hand drawn, and the boxes assembled by the chocolatier himself.
