Red Maple Catering Company is a luxury catering company based in Vail, Colorado that focuses exclusively on unforgettable dining experiences. Each event has a tailored approach to the hosts unique background, taste, and budget. Red Maple Catering is a passion project that we started in 2014 out of a deep appreciation for the art of crafting the perfect mix of flavorful food and beverages. Our private chef team is comprised of talented foodies with roots in the luxury hospitality industry – spanning experience gained at prestigious locations such as the Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton and Bellagio Las Vegas.

We do not have menus to choose from. We want this to be a completely custom experience for you and your guests with a menu that reflects the couple's unique-ness. We have live fire events where we roast entire animals to fully vegan weddings for 100 guests. Our staff has been working with us for years and with everyone's background coming from high end luxury venues; we like to exceed guests expectations. Whether it's a remote ranch or a venue tucked away in the mountains we are experts at creating a one of a kind experience.
