About Simon’s Bakery

I am a cake designer making buttercream and ganache luxury bespoke wedding cakes that a have a modern contemporary look to them.  Inspired by modern art and sculpture, interior design, architecture, the cakes I make are characterised by a contrast of shapes and angles, sharp edges, a precise finish and the abstract use of colour. This is combined with other design elements such as moulded wafer paper and chocolate and fresh and silk flowers.
