Recognized as a Top Stationer in the United States, we specialize in carefully hand-crafted wedding paperie that will transport you to the old world, where hand written love letters were still a thing. From custom invitation suites to luxurious day of goods, each detail is designed with intentional elegance. My fine art style allows you to soak in every last timeless detail– from the texture of our luxury handmade paper to the quality of our heirloom design.
My passion for creating paper goods began when I planned my own wedding, and my desire to start my own business developed after working in the wedding industry. Being a past bride myself, I completely understand the level of stress and outside factors that come with planning your wedding. While I can’t control the outside drama, I can alleviate the stresses of the finer details. My eye for detail ensures that no aspect of your special day goes unnoticed.
I love helping others document their love story as I know how special it is to find the love of your life.

The sooner the better! It's never too early to reach out and secure your date. Due to the nature of my process, I require at least 3 to 4 months to fully produce everything. That being said, I suggest beginning the invitation process about 8 to 12+ months before your wedding to fully enjoy the experience and avoid any rush fees.
I work side by side with you to create the most luxurious experience for both you and your guests. Due to making each order unique, my pricing differs based on what you choose to include in your design. In order to cover fixed costs (such as design fees, setup charges, etc), my minimum investment is $5,000 for custom invitations and $3,500 for semi-custom invitations-- regardless of quantity. The average SWP couple spends $9,000 - $15,000+ for their dream invitation suite and $5,000 - $10,000+ for their Save the Dates and Day of Paper Goods.
I don't have any minimum quantities-- I build your proposal based on the amount requested and my minimum investment, which is required regardless of quantity.
I recommend mailing your invitations at least 12 weeks before your wedding-- or 4 to 6 months in advance for destination weddings. I suggest mailing your Save the Dates 7 to 12 months before your wedding or even further in advance for destination weddings.
Yes! Still Waters Paperie is based in the United States, but I work with clients all around the world. If you are mailing outside of the U.S., I do not provide postage as each country has it's own stamps and rates. I suggest reaching out with plenty of time in advance to avoid rush fees, international timelines, and customs delays.
No! While weddings are my most requested kind of paperie, I create paper goods for all kinds of special events: showers, dinners, parties, etc. Please fill out my contact form to get the process started.
