Do you work exclusively with a fixed list of vendors?

Not at all. While we have deep-rooted relationships with Italy's finest artisans, venues, and caterers, we do not believe in rigid or mandatory packages. Every wedding is entirely bespoke. We curate our vendor recommendations based exclusively on your unique style, vision, and budget, ensuring you have the absolute best team tailored specifically to you.
Do you have experience with multi-day and multicultural or traditional destination weddings?

Absolutely. Multi-day celebrations and multicultural weddings require a very specific, high-level logistical framework. Whether you are planning a traditional multi-day Indian wedding, a blending of different cultural heritages, or an interfaith celebration, we bring the rigorous discipline and creative vision needed to honor every custom seamlessly—ensuring every ritual is respected while keeping the planning journey entirely stress-free for you.
What is your pricing structure?

Our full-planning and design services start from €6,000 (+ VAT). Every proposal is custom-tailored based on the scope, duration, and specific requirements of your multi-day celebration.
When should we start planning our destination wedding in Italy?

Ideally, you should reach out 12 to 18 months before your preferred date, especially if you are aiming for peak season (June to September) or historic venues, as prime Italian locations book out very quickly.
What does your "Full-Service Planning & Design" actually include?

We handle every single detail from start to finish. This includes venue sourcing, bespoke aesthetic design, budget management, curation of Italy's finest artisans and vendors, contract negotiations, and flawless on-site coordination so you can simply enjoy your celebration.
Do you only plan weddings in Tuscany and Lake Garda, or all over Italy?

While our primary bases are in the artistic heart of Tuscany and the Lake Garda - Veneto area, we orchestrate extraordinary multi-day destination weddings across the entire Italian territory—from Como and the Amalfi Coast to Puglia and Sicily.
We live abroad. How do we manage the planning process with you?

We make distance completely effortless. Through regular virtual meetings, shared digital mood boards and planning platforms, and meticulous timeline management, we guide you step-by-step. You will always feel fully supported and informed, without ever feeling overwhelmed.
