We give very specialized service with attention to the details. Our upcoming wedding, has a bride that's vegetarian and a groom that's a carnevor. The town where the venue is located has a population of 1100. There's no restaurant supply, equipment rental company. So, we're bringing everything with us. The food, tools, equipment and staff. We ask a lot of questions, to make sure that every detail is addressed. By the way, I have been cooking good food my whole life. I trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago and have worked in various arenas of food service for over 20 years.
