This is Macon's only AAA Four Diamond rated lodging. The 1842 Inn is combines our unique Antebellum style with our exceptional southern hospitality. Featuring 19 well-appointed rooms, complete with all of the modern amenities. the Inn sits on College Street just down the road from Mercer University. The Inn's original Greek revival styled home features ten guest rooms, while the guest house in the rear features 9 more. Between the two homes sits a beautiful courtyard filled with seasonal blooms. The Bed and Breakfast allows guests to take their included American breakfast in either their room, a parlor, or the courtyard (weather permitting).
