About Kurhaus Bad Tölz
A quiet spot in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps, just an hour from Munich! Excellent gastronomy in a wonderful ambience awaits our guests here!
The beautiful house is located in the middle of a spacious spa park and was built in 1914 based on the plans of the Munich architect Gabriel von Seidl and then rebuilt and renovated in 2009. As dusk falls, the fountain, the centerpiece of the park, is illuminated, showcasing the fairytale château facade.
On the ground floor, the Kurhaus has a picturesque Red Salon with 70 seats, a large bar with an open fireplace, an idyllic sun terrace with approx. 300 seats and a historic ballroom with 400 seats in the hall and 100 seats on the gallery. Two representative conference rooms and a modern garden lounge complement the premises. The magical wedding hall, also called “Salettl”, is located on the upper floor and can accommodate up to 80 people. A large sunny balcony with a view over the entire spa park borders on the Salettl.
The various rooms are often rented for meetings, conferences, birthdays, weddings, concerts, cabaret, theater and celebrations of all kinds, because connoisseurs consider the Tölzer Kurhaus to be one of the most beautiful locations in the Oberland.
