About Sightglass Coffee

Sightglass is an independent, sibling-owned coffee company that started in San Francisco, which offers seasonal all-day menus that complement the coffee experience. The first roastery and cafe location outside of San Francisco, Sycamore is a sum of multiple collaborations and custom details.

In partnership with Seth Boor from Boor Projects, who helped breathe life into the vision for all our San Francisco locations, we conjured up a location that has the grandeur of European cafes and the sophistication of old Hollywood.

Vibrant reds and aquatic greens, both saturated and subdued, set a chromatic
mood. Crimson stained concrete floors enliven the main entrance, drawing guests in toward a custom, hand-patinated copper clad bar and casework filled with an abundance of pastry and sandwiches.
