About The Ritz-Carlton, Montreal
When it opened in 1912, The Ritz-Carlton, Montreal set the standard for luxury in downtown Montreal. Over 110 years and $200 million later, the hotel offers a striking blend of the modern and historic.
A European-inspired retreat on legendary Sherbrooke Street, the hotel features local French cuisine at Maison Boulud, Afternoon Tea in the beautiful Palm Court, a spa with advanced treatments and an indoor saltwater pool with skyline views.
For more than 110 years, our Montreal luxury hotel has been a destination for downtown weddings, transforming couple’s wishes into breathtaking celebrations. Weddings can be hosted inside or outdoors in venues including the beautiful Oval Room and its adjoining terrace and garden.
Designers at the hotel’s Alain Simon floral studio draw from nature to add European flair to each custom centerpiece or bouquet, and catering is handled by an executive chef influenced by French cuisine and a pastry chef known for his creativity.
The hotel also offers a full kosher kitchen and everything needed to host a traditional service. Wedding couples are aided throughout the experience by a dedicated advisor who will assist with the menu consultation, creating a floor plan, designing packages, overseeing the setup and working with the wedding coordinator on the big day.
