Chuppah and draping for the ceremony were provided by the Eglinton Grand, where the event took place. The event space is unique and made for fantastic celebrations. It easily accommodated 260 guests for dinner and dancing while providing comfortable space to lounge away from the action of the party.

FOS Decor provided beautiful blooms, table arrangements and designed the lighting concept from start to finish. The breadth of options available was seemingly endless and what they conceptualised was entirely in keeping with the vintage feel of the venue without being dated. The Investment Baker had such a variety of wonderful creations that picking delicious cakes and cupcakes was the best of both worlds. The options in terms of flavours and decorations were wonderfully varied so picking a mix of all was the perfect way to enjoy the confections for our guests.

People continue to rave again and again about our band that provided ceremonial and reception music. The dancefloor was never empty and the energy and talent on stage was phenomenal. A DJ or any other band could never compare to Grooveyard.

The dress was purchased at White Toronto! Their service was fantastic and although they had a variety of wonderful gowns, Monique Lhuillier was THE perfect choice. The cut of the dress, the quality of the material and how it hung perfectly confirms her place at an eminent designer of bridal gowns.

The shoes were purchased at Celebration Shoes, which is unfortunately closed now, but there are other purveyors of Benjamin Adams shoes. These were incredibly well made and comfortable, which meant dancing until the wee hours of the night was entirely possible.

The wedding veil and belt were custom pieces created by White Toronto. Their in-house seamstress did a fantastic job matching the pieces to the Monique Lhuillier gown adding removable lace sleeves for the chuppah. Having stores in both Toronto and Montreal was great for my bridal party and I who are in both cities.
