Ben Kiruthi Photography is a Kenya-based wedding photography studio specialising in destination celebrations for couples travelling from abroad.

Our work is centred on guidance as much as imagery. Planning a wedding in another country can feel uncertain, so we help couples understand timelines, light, locations and expectations long before they arrive. By the time the wedding week begins, everything feels familiar — allowing them to relax and experience Kenya rather than manage it.

We photograph a limited number of weddings each year across the Kenyan coast, Nairobi and safari regions, focusing on natural, honest moments and a calm wedding-day flow. The goal is timeless imagery that reflects both the people and the place, while preserving the feeling of travelling somewhere meaningful to celebrate.

Ben works closely with planners and venues to ensure photography supports the overall experience, not interrupts it — creating photographs that feel effortless, personal and deeply connected to the environment.
