About Hedoniste Patisserie

I’m Kristina, the pastry chef and cake designer behind Hédoniste Pâtisserie, based in Nîmes, in the South of France.

Trained in French pastry, I create bespoke wedding cakes where flavour, elegance and attention to detail come together.

Every cake is designed and made by me, from choosing the flavours and defining the design to the final details and set-up on your wedding day. I work personally with each couple, taking the time to understand their celebration, their style and what they truly love.

My approach is inspired by contemporary pastry and modern wedding design: refined finishes, delicate textures, natural movement and thoughtful details — always with flavour at the heart of the creation.

I believe a wedding cake should be more than beautiful.

It should taste unforgettable, feel personal, and belong naturally to your celebration.

Based in Provence, I create wedding cakes for celebrations throughout the region and can travel across the South of France for your wedding.
