Mind Full of Food was opened formally in 2017 ( I received my New Brunswick Public Health Food Premises License July 1, 2017), owned and operated by myself, Brian Matheson.I am a Red Seal Chef with 35 years of cooking experience behind me, in Toronto, ON, Vancouver, BC, Halifax, Truro, and Wolfville,NS, and Miramichi, NB. My company, Mind Full of Food, is a full service catering company, fully licensed by NB Public Health, Class 5, and I can cater for groups of over 200 people easily enough. I have a large van and equipment to transport hot and cold food to any site within four hours of Miramichi. Plenty of plateware, cutlery, and servingware. Aiming for deep sustainability in operations, we default to using quality plates and cutlery as opposed to disposables, and in our kitchen we compost vegetable waste and recycle as much as possible. Flexibility is my strength. Indoors or outdoors, buffet or plated table service, small food or full, multi-course meals. Special dietary needs and wants are tended to without fuss. We've done it all- corporate, social( many, many weddings and family gatherings ), government, industrial workplace, TV and Film production/concert/event catering, not-for profit events and galas, training events, conferences, and more. Even the Florida Panthers NHL team in-flight meals. I can organize servers from a large message group, and have worked with many many venues in Northern New Brunswick, and elsewhere. (We have travelled as far as Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia ) Whatever you envision, don't hesitate to ask!
