Simply Beeutiful Events offers full planning, partial planning, event design, or event management (day/month of coordinating) services. Each couple and client is unique, so we believe that our services should be completely customizable for each unique couple's needs and wants.

Event Management (Day/Month of Coordinating) Services start 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day. I'll confirm details with all your venues and venue, create timelines up until the day of, the weekend, and for your wedding day, provide packing lists, create diagrams/floor plans, and make sure the details are all in place. On the day of, I'll take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy your day by bringing your vision to life.

Partial Planning Services are for those that want to be involved with the planning but need assistance with certain aspects during the planning process. This package can be completely personalized to your event planning needs and includes everything in the Event Management Package.

Full Planning Services are designed to help you plan from the very beginning. I take your event vision by recommending potential venues and vendors, tour the top candidates with you, and help you compare to make the right decision for you. Full planning includes accommodation and transportation coordination, invitations and RSVPs, assisting in menu and decor planning, setup, being the main point of contact on the day of your event, everything in the Event Management package and more.

Included with all of my services is access to items that you can borrow for your event so that you do not have to purchase them and figure out what to do with them afterwards. I become your best friend and confident and am available to help you through the entire process with advice, recommendations, suggestions, and to ensure everything goes smoothly.
