I view the world through the lens of flavour and colour and truly believe that the ingredients are everything when it comes to creating the most delicious canvas for the most gorgeous wedding cake design. Organic and pasture raised, locally outsourced, sustainably cultivated - the three measures I use when choosing the ingredients.

My flavours are a complex dance of textures and layered notes, each combining pairings of luscious sweetness and fun crunch, broken up by the tart or even savoury notes of fruits, jellies, preserves.
