We are specialised pastry makers and only create custom cakes (nothing pre-made). Our designs and our flavours are all customised to reflect your taste and your style.

We believe that cake can only taste as good as its ingredients and for this reason we use only the best quality products, favoring all that is local, fresh and natural ; the difference is in the taste. Butter from Normandy, sugar from the Caribbean, quality chocolate, eggs from free range hens, luscious Bourbon vanilla pods all make our cakes as scrumptious as they are beautiful.
