About Valentina Bay

Italian born and raised, in the USA since 2015. As a photographer, I love mixing spontaneous moments with more posed and artistic shots. 17 years of ballet taught me the beauty of movement and the elegance of a human body when placed perfectly for the eye to see. Traveling extensively as a kid (Africa, Asia, Europe) and living in various countries and states (Italy, France, California, Texas, and now DC) showed me how diverse cultures view and celebrate weddings and love.

I fell in love with photography during a trip to Kenya at 16 and then as a tool to showcase my recipes a few years later, that brought me to have my first cookbook published at age 27. After working on over 100 recipes for 6 months I decided to experiment with couples and, shortly after, small weddings. I immediately knew it was my call. A couple of years ago I started offering boudoir as well because I love empowering women showing them how incredibly stunning they are in their own skin.

My style gives life to romantic memories, with a touch of vintage and a sprinkle of luxury.
