Part of a 3,000 acre estate and set amidst 300 acres of Suffolk parkland, Glemham Hall is a stately and family home, rather than a hotel or just a wedding venue. It provides the most wonderful combination of elegance and comfort. Although the rooms are grand in style and proportion, they remain relaxed and unstuffy. 

We offer exclusive use of the Hall and gardens on your wedding day, ensuring you and your guests enjoy Glemham Hall as though it were your own. We're licensed for civil ceremonies with up to 97 people and have options for both inside and outdoor celebrations. We also have a church on the estate, a short stroll through the gardens, for those looking for a traditional service.

You don't have to opt for a set package with us, instead, we can help you plan the most amazing, unique, wedding day.

The gardens here are at their absolute best during the summer months. The walled rose garden is a wonderful spot for welcome drinks and canapés with your guests, and makes a gorgeous backdrop for your photos. On cooler days, choose to sip champagne by one of the log fires instead.

New from 2023, peak-time weddings at Glemham Hall include an overnight stay, along with a sumptuous breakfast prior to check-out, for up to 18 people within the house. This gives you nine, individual and unique double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In addition, we can accommodate a further 12 guests in two nearby cottages for both the night before and the night of your wedding. For those looking to stay longer, you can add an extra night at the Hall too! 

The Library and Orangery provides space to seat up to 80 guests for a wedding breakfast, while our pretty, semi-permanent marquee, set within a landscaped walled garden, remains an option for larger parties and those who prefer it. The marquee has a large, purpose-built bar and accommodates 150 diners and up to 200 people for an evening party. 

We are a licensed venue, so can provide full bar services along with the staff you need. We work with fabulous external caterers who can advise you on menus or you can work with them to create your own.
