2020: Publishes the photo book “Di quel giorno” with Contrasto publisher (Italian partner of Magnum Photos). Important artistic recognition, unique in Italy, to his career as a wedding photographer.

2018: “Framing Stories” personal photo exhibition at Leica Galerie in Milan.
The exhibition shows a wide selection of the most beautiful and significant wedding photos of his career.

2016: Photo exhibition “La fotografia di matrimonio di Carlo Carletti” ( “The wedding photography of Carlo Carletti”) at Spazio Tadini Museum in Milano.The curator Federicapaola Capecchi presents to the public of the Museum 29 black and white photographs among the most representative of his production.

2015: Leica appoints him “Leica Ambassador”.

2014: Photo exhibition “Scene da un matrimonio/Scenes from a Marriage” together with Francesco Cito at Still Gallery, Milan. The show was curated by Denis Curti. In December of the same year one of Carletti’s wedding photos was sold during a auction held by Christie’s at the Galleria d’Arte Moderna, Milan.

2013: Publishes for Marsilio Editori the photo book “Fotografie di Matrimonio” edited by Denis Curti. The book contains a selection of the best shots of his career as wedding photographer in Italy and abroad.

2012: Spring-Summer 2013 catalogue for Malo. The same assignment in the past has been entrusted to photographers like Michel Compte and Peter Lindbergh.

2011: Photo exhibition “Il fotografo di matrimoni”. Galleria Istantanea, Siena

2010: In the top 5 wedding photographers in the world according to the international magazine “JM Just Married Magazine”. He receives from “Best of Wedding Photography Association” the honor “Lens & Light Honor”. Photo exhibition “Listen to the Palio” at Galleria Zak, Siena.

2009: Photographer of the Year by the American “WPJA” (Wedding Photojournalist Association). Carletti is the first photographer in the World to have twice won the prestigious title, having already won it previously in 2006.

2008: He is selected by the publisher De Agostini as the only reference for a monographic DVD publication about Ceremony for the Digital Photography course. 2006: Finalist of the Contest “Images of the Year” for the USA magazine “American Photo”. Photographer of the Year for “WPJA” (Wedding Photojournalist Association).

2005: Among the “Top 4 Wedding Photographers in the World” according to the magazine “KULT”.

2004: The student Stefania Spinelli discusses her thesis in Literature at the University of Siena with a work on his photographic career. Title of the thesis: “The Photography of Carlo Carletti. Considerations and notes”.
