Clearwater Events is a full-service, eco-friendly event planning company based in beautiful Vancouver, BC. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do, and we specialize in creating beautiful, nature-inspired weddings that are delightful for guests and kind to the planet.

We believe in creating a stress-free planning experience, both in terms of logistics and environmental impact. And while we're best known as sustainable event specialists, with over 200 events under our belt, you can trust that we'll get things done right (and on time!) so you can focus on what matters most to you.

From the moment you seal the deal (with us, that is), we work directly with your dream vendors to bring your vision to life. If you haven't decided on any vendors, a venue, or a budget, we'll become your wedding BFF and guide you through every step of the process.
