IEP Italian Event Planners is probably the most important Italian destination wedding planning agency. The agency was born in 2009 from the meeting of two partners, Ilaria Guarino and Serena Ranieri. The former was strengthened by a professionalism matured over eight years spent living in San Diego, California, while the latter was already an organiser of private events between the Italian capital and the Costa Smeralda.

Since 2009 they have organised together around 400 weddings or exclusive events, in the most prestigious locations on the Italian peninsula, and in the places which are more loved by foreign couples. From Lake Como to the Amalfi Coast, from Venice to Tuscany, from Apulia to Rome to Sicily.

The couples that rely on IEP, come from all corners of the world and often represent distant needs and customs. The task of IEP's destination wedding planners is to filter these needs and take care of the perfect realisation of every detail.

It starts with listening to the needs and continues with the planning and design of each element, from the choice of suppliers (around 30 per event) to their coordination for the perfect success of the event. Then there is the planning of hospitality for all the guests, the organisation of the entire stay and the management of the destinations with the construction of content and experiences adapted to the type of guests at each wedding. IEP works with the best international event suppliers to create unique and special masterpieces in the most exclusive destinations, from historic castles to the most picturesque villages on the Italian peninsula.

IEP custom-designs the best package for each couple, chooses the best air routes to the destination, and the ideal hotel to match the bride and groom's budget and tastes. It accompanies them throughout their journey, providing advice on the chosen area, building experiences, suggesting hidden attractions, restaurants, shops and special places that can make the event unforgettable.

IEP is not “just” destination wedding planning. It is an extended vision that sees the wedding as an integrated and all-embracing experience.
